Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle inquiries, such as our hosting provider (Akamai Technologies, in the United States), email provider, and analytics provider (Google Analytics). They process data on our instructions and under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose data when required by law or a lawful order.
Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. When this happens, we make sure the data stays protected to the standard the DPA requires.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for two (2) years after our last contact, unless the inquiry becomes a project, in which case contract records follow our business-record retention rules. Analytics data is kept according to the settings described in our Cookie Policy. We then delete or anonymize it securely.
How we protect it
We use organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access for staff, and regular updates to our website software. If a breach occurs that is likely to put you at risk, we will notify you and the NPC as the law requires.
